We currently do not offer international shipping.

  • All orders are processed within 1–3 business days.
  • Personalized items may require additional preparation time.
  • Orders are not processed on weekends or public holidays.

You will be notified if there are any unexpected delays.



2. Domestic Shipping 

 

We offer delivery to all regions within Türkiye.

Estimated delivery times:

  • Standard Shipping: 2–6 business days

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your location and chosen delivery method.


 

3. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email containing your tracking number.

Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to appear.


 

 

 

4. Lost or Damaged Packages

We are not responsible for packages lost or damaged during transit.

If your order arrives damaged, please contact the shipping carrier directly.

5. Incorrect Address

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

 

We cannot refund or resend orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
